Although a hot and sunny summer still far away, this apricot tea jello should relieve our desperate for summer. A very light touch of apricot tea raised by the fruity fragrance of lychee, you'll love it!
Recipe
- 500 ml hot water at 100°C
- 1 pouch of our Apricot Black Tea
- 25 g sugar
- 10 g gelatine
- 1 can lychees
- Steep the Apricot Black Tea pouch in the hot water for 4 minutes.
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve. You can add more sugar to adjust the sweetness.
- Put 1 lychee into each cup.
- Add gelatine and stir until all dissolve in the tea.
- Pour the tea into the cup.
- Let sit in room temperature until cold.
- Put in the fridge overnight until it set.
- Decorate with fruit of your choice.
Make 5 small cups.
