Apricot Tea Jello


Although a hot and sunny summer still far away, this apricot tea jello should relieve our desperate for summer. A very light touch of apricot tea raised by the fruity fragrance of lychee, you'll love it!

Recipe
  1. 500 ml hot water at 100°C
  2. 1 pouch of our Apricot Black Tea
  3. 25 g sugar
  4. 10 g gelatine
  5. 1 can lychees
Direction
  1. Steep the Apricot Black Tea pouch in the hot water for 4 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. You can add more sugar to adjust the sweetness.
  3. Put 1 lychee into each cup.
  4. Add gelatine and stir until all dissolve in the tea.
  5. Pour the tea into the cup.
  6. Let sit in room temperature until cold.
  7. Put in the fridge overnight until it set.
  8. Decorate with fruit of your choice.
Make 5 small cups.
